These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of services, software, and communication systems provided by Frontline Acquisition (“we,” “us,” or “Company”). By accessing or using our website, services, email/SMS communications, or platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Introduction to Our Service
Frontline Acquisition is an AI automation agency that provides clients (“you” or “Customer”) with access to proprietary systems, automations, and services for the purpose of streamlining operations, marketing, and communications. This includes, but is not limited to, AI-powered email and SMS automation, CRM workflows, real estate lead generation systems, data enrichment, appointment scheduling, and analytics dashboards (collectively, the “Service”).
All technology, workflows, and AI models used or deployed by Frontline Acquisition are proprietary and owned exclusively by the Company. No portion of our software, automations, or platforms is licensed, sold, or transferred to the Customer.
2. Service Description
The Service includes:
Access to proprietary automation frameworks developed and maintained by Frontline Acquisition
Use of AI-based communication and lead qualification systems
Email and SMS messaging platforms configured for business operations
Custom workflow development, data enrichment pipelines, and integration support
Ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization
The Service may be delivered via web-based platforms hosted by Frontline Acquisition or integrated into your existing tools using APIs, third-party systems (e.g., Zapier, GoHighLevel, Make), or other technologies.
All elements of the Service—including pre-built templates, AI agents, automation logic, conversational prompts, code, workflows, and customer-facing outputs—remain the intellectual property of Frontline Acquisition.
3. Ownership and Proprietary Rights
All software, code, logic, workflow designs, templates, and integrations provided by or through Frontline Acquisition are and will remain the sole and exclusive property of Frontline Acquisition.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a signed agreement:
You receive access only to the Service as a subscription or managed offering.
You do not obtain any license or ownership rights to the source code, backend systems, or automation frameworks.
Any enhancements, modifications, or customizations delivered as part of our service remain the property of Frontline Acquisition.
You may not reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our technology.
4. Communication Consent
When you opt in to receive messages via email or SMS, you agree to the following:
Transactional Messages: Include service updates, appointment confirmations, onboarding instructions, and similar communications. These are essential for service delivery.
Marketing Messages: Include promotional offers, updates, product launches, and general content. These require explicit opt-in and can be opted out of at any time.
Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.
5. Optional and Add-On Services
You may elect to purchase optional services, which may include:
Consulting and custom automation builds
Data enrichment and lead scoring modules
Advanced CRM integrations
Live training or onboarding services
Priority support and optimization packages
Optional services are scoped and priced separately, and delivery timelines may vary based on the level of customization.
6. Support Services
Support is available during standard business hours: 9am-5pm EDT.
Additional support tiers, including 24/7 coverage, may be available upon request and subject to separate fees.
Severity-based ticketing is prioritized as follows:
Severity 1: Critical production failure or security breach — 1 hour response
Severity 2: Major function impacted without workaround — 4–8 hours
Severity 3: Partial degradation with workaround — 1 business day
Severity 4: Minor issue, improvement request — 2 business days or added to future roadmap
Support is provided via email, client portal, or live chat (depending on your service tier).
7. Billing and Fees
Billing is issued in advance, typically on a monthly or annual basis, as agreed in your Order Form or service agreement.
Custom implementations, onboarding, or one-time services are billed separately.
Late payments may result in service suspension and a reconnection fee.
Any additional usage beyond included limits (e.g., contact volume, message sends) may incur overage charges, billed according to your pricing tier.
8. Data and Privacy
You retain ownership of your customer data. However, when you use our services, you grant Frontline Acquisition the right to:
Store and process your data as necessary to deliver services
Use aggregated or anonymized data to improve system performance
